Marco Bezzecchi's MotoGP win streak faces uncertain Brazilian GP
Marco Bezzecchi cautious about new circuit challenge as he targets a fourth MotoGP victory in a row.

Marco Bezzecchi insists he has “no idea what to expect” from this weekend’s Brazilian MotoGP, despite liking the look of the Goiania circuit.
The Aprilia star is seeking a fourth grand prix win in a row after following up last year's Portimao and Valencia wins with victory in the Thai season opener.
But Bezzecchi insists he’s taking nothing for granted at the ‘new’ Brazilian track, hosting its first motorcycle grand prix since 1989.
Simulations suggest Goiania will be among the fastest venues on the calendar, behind only Phillip Island, Buriram, Silverstone and Mugello.
That could be good news for Aprilia, which has won at three of those four tracks (the exception being Mugello), but Bezzecchi remains cautious.
“It's very tough to say before even riding a new track, but it's true that the bike is improving. The factory in Noale is working very hard, so we will see,” Bezzecchi said on Thursday.
“I have no idea what to expect. We try to learn the track as quickly as we can.”
The only laps Bezzecchi has completed so far have been on foot.
“The track looks super nice, it's very fast and looks very cool, also the paint around the track is very beautiful and they are working super hard,” he said.
“I'm very, very happy to be here, the vibe is super nice, so I can't wait to ride the MotoGP.
“Just walking on the track, my favourite point is from turns three, four, five to the end. Sector three looks interesting for the battle.”
Bezzecchi's strong finish to 2025 carried him to a new Aprilia high of third in the world championship during his debut RS-GP season.
The Italian then maintained that momentum during this year's Thai season opener, although a Sprint crash cost him valuable points.
“In Thailand, we had a very good weekend,” he said. “I made a mistake in the Sprint, but I can't complain about the Sunday race, because I felt amazing with my bike and I was able to go quite fast.
“The Aprilia guys are doing a wonderful job, and hopefully we can try to enjoy also here.”
Bezzecchi begins MotoGP's Brazilian adventure seven points behind KTM title leader Pedro Acosta.
