2026 Thai MotoGP, Buriram - Race Results
Race results from the 2026 Thai MotoGP at Buriram, round 1 of 22.

Marco Bezzecchi makes amends for his Sprint mistake by dominating the season-opening 2026 Thai MotoGP at Buriram.
Aprilia star Bezzecchi led from start to finish, but there was drama behind when reigning champion Marc Marquez suffered a high-speed tyre deflation in the closing stages, reportedly due to a damaged rim, while in contention for the podium.
Meanwhile, excessive tyre wear forced Honda's Joan Mir to pit from fifth, while Raul Fernandez lost pace due to wheel spin and was passed for second by Sprint winner Pedro Acosta.
All riders moved from the soft to medium rear tyre for the 26-lap grand prix, but even Bezzecchi looked to be struggling with tyre wear in the final laps.
Alex Marquez crashed out moments after brother Marc's exit.
Acosta and KTM keep the world championship lead heading into round two in Brazil.

Warm-up
Raul Fernandez, third in Saturday's Buriram Sprint, leads the way in warm-up for the 2026 Thai MotoGP season-opener at Buriram.
The Trackhouse Aprilia rider moved to the top despite some discomfort with his left arm or shoulder, then headed straight to the medical centre.
Fabio di Giannantonio, Marc Marquez, Alex Marquez, Ai Ogura and pole position qualifier Marco Bezzecchi completed this morning's top six.
Sprint winner Pedro Acosta was ninth, apologising after putting a close pass on KTM team-mate Brad Binder into the final corner - a replica of the move that Marc Marquez was punished for in the Sprint.
Marquez, who had been following Acosta and Binder at the time, passed both KTMs as they tangled.
After soft tyres for the Sprint, all riders used the medium rear tyre for warm-up.
Pramac team-mates Jack Miller and Toprak Razgatlioglu helped a powerless Diogo Moreira back to the pits at the end of the ten-minute session.
