2026 Thai MotoGP, Buriram - Friday Practice Results
Friday practice results from the 2026 Thai MotoGP at Buriram, round 1 of 22.

Marco Bezzecchi defies intermittent rain to complete a Friday practice sweep for the 2026 Thai MotoGP season opener at Buriram.
With dark clouds overhead, the Aprilia rider set a new lap record in the closing stages, finishing a massive 0.421s clear of nearest rival and reigning champion Marc Marquez.
Marquez's factory Ducati team-mate Francesco Bagnaia was the biggest name to miss out on a top-ten place, needed for direct Qualifying 2 access, and will need to fight his way through Q1.
Fabio di Giannantonio led the early stages on his way to third for VR46 Ducati, with Pedro Acosta and team-mate Brad Binder both claiming direct Q2 access.
There will also be at least two Hondas in Q2 with Joan Mir and Johann Zarco making the top ten, while Luca Marini just missed out.
Trackhouse Aprilia's Ai Ogura was the only faller, but held on to ninth.
Fabio Quartararo was the leading Yamaha, in 16th place.
