Fans who watch MotoGP by streaming TNT Sports will now do so via HBO Max rather than discovery+.

HBO Max launched in the UK and Ireland at the end of last month and is billed as 'The New Streaming Home of TNT Sports'.

Existing customers wishing to stream TNT’s live or on-demand MotoGP, WorldSBK and BSB coverage need to download the HBO Max app or go to HBOMax.com and sign in using their existing discovery+ log-in.

HBO Max offers a TNT Sports plan starting at £25.99 a month (allowing HD streaming on two devices), or it can be purchased as part of an ‘entertainment’ package.

The next WorldSBK round takes place at Assen this weekend, followed by the Spanish MotoGP at Jerez on 24-26 April.

The BSB season opener will be held at Oulton Park on 2-4 May.

BT Sport acquired MotoGP TV rights in the UK from 2014, replacing live coverage on the BBC (free to air) and British Eurosport (subscription). The channel was initially free for BT Broadband customers.

BT Sport was later rebranded as TNT Sports in July 2023.

TNT Sports announced a new ‘multi-year’ deal to continue broadcasting MotoGP in the UK and Ireland ahead of the 2025 season.
