Alex Rins shows Thai MotoGP heart rate: “This is what giving 100% looks like”
Alex Rins posts "This is what giving your 100% looks like" - alongside his heart rate during the Thai MotoGP.

Like team-mate Fabio Quartararo, Alex Rins didn’t hold his usual media debrief after a tough Thai MotoGP weekend for the new Yamaha V4.
Instead, after finishing 15th in the grand prix, the Spaniard shared a picture of his heart rate during the race to illustrate his commitment.
Rins' heart rate peaked at 205 bpm, with an average of 183 bpm over the 40-minute contest.
“We did everything we could today. This is what giving your 100% looks like,” Rins wrote.
Former MotoGP champion Quartararo crossed the finish line 30.8s behind race winner Marco Bezzecchi (Aprilia), and two-seconds clear of team-mate Rins.
In the team’s post-race press release, Rins was quoted as saying: "It was a really tough race, and it was very difficult to manage the tyres. I gave my 100% on every lap.
“We leave Thailand after preseason testing and the race weekend with some good conclusions. Let's keep going, and let's keep growing this project, and I'm looking forward to Brazil."
Behind the factory duo, Pramac riders Toprak Razgatlioglu and Jack Miller left the opening weekend without any points to show for their efforts.
“Our riders gave 100%, the company is giving 110%, and we will keep doing so, and this is the only way,” said Yamaha Racing managing director Paolo Pavesio.
“There will be no magic: One step after the other, one second after the other. We are determined to grow the project up to the moment we will be competitive again.”
Quartararo’s 14th place matches the V4’s best MotoGP finish to date, in the hands of test rider Augusto Fernandez, as a wild-card in last year’s Misano round.
