A luxury Pop-Up Hotel is adding a trackside swimming pool for this year’s Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
The temporary hotel debuted last year at the British Grand Prix and is famed for hosting celebrities and rock stars at the Glastonbury Festival.
For 2026, it is promising an “immersive” new experience by introducing a trackside swimming pool, complete with a swim-up bar and even palm trees.
Fine dining is also included in the temporary village that uniquely sits on the inside of the circuit overlooking the track.

The Pop-Up Hotel will also appear at this year’s Monaco Grand Prix.
1992 F1 world champion Nigel Mansell will be staying on-site across the British Grand Prix weekend.
“The Pop-Up Hotel is bringing something genuinely different to Silverstone, and I’m really looking forward to staying there this year,” Mansell said.
“To have that level of comfort and hospitality right inside the circuit, with great food, a relaxed atmosphere and everything taken care of, makes a huge difference across a race weekend.
“It allows you to enjoy the event in a completely different way.”
The experience won’t come cheap, with the cheapest ‘Deluxe Room’ option in a canvas Bell Tent setting back punters £3,799 for four nights.
A ‘Hotel Suite’ will cost £5,999, while the most expensive option is the ‘Penthouse Suite Grand’ at an eye-watering £21,999.
Founder of the Pop-Up Hotel, Mark Sorrill, told Reuters: "The pool is a signal of glamour, even if it's not particularly used.
"It's more about the fact that we are diversifying the experience... it's kind of a USP for us. We've had it at Glastonbury, we've probably done five pools at Glastonbury over the years.
"You want the guys who are there with their mates in their nylon tent down the road with a slab of beer... that is the core of racing. But that doesn't mean it can't coexist with somebody who's an influencer who maybe doesn't even watch the race but just wants to be seen there.”
Reigning world champion Lando Norris won last year’s British Grand Prix to claim a first F1 victory on home soil.
